Shave the area around 24 hours before your session — but don't wax, pluck or epilate between treatments, as the laser needs the root in place to target. Avoid sun exposure and fake tan beforehand, and come with clean skin (no creams or deodorant on the area).
Very little. You may notice some warmth or redness for a few hours, a bit like mild sunburn. Most people go straight back to their day — just avoid heat, sun and exfoliation for 24–48 hours afterwards.
